Data List Shortcut keys

The following shortcut keys are available.  Where Ctrl+ is shown you can press the Ctrl key and whilst holding it down, press the letter (e.g. P for Print/Preview).  Where Ctrl+Shift+ is shown you can press the Ctrl and Shift keys together and whilst holding then down, press the letter (e.g. B for Yield-B).  The Ctrl and Shift keys are located next to each other on most keyboards.

Cursor Left and Cursor Right - move back and forward through the Data List Sections.

F1        Display on-line help for the current item (where available)

Ctrl+N        Create a new blank project

Ctrl+O        Open an existing file

Ctrl+M        Open a template

Ctrl+S        Save the current project

Ctrl+A        Save the current project to a different filename or folder

Ctrl+P        Display the Print/Preview screen

Ctrl+R        Restore Prodev's screen size to its default settings

Ctrl+T        Edit the appraisal title and notes

Ctrl+Q        Apply a file password

Ctrl+L        Display the VAT-All drop-down

Ctrl+I        Display the VAT-Item drop-down (where available)

Ctrl+Shift+A to T Similar to using the Yields drop-down.  Apply a yield to the highlighted rental item. For example Ctrl+Shift+B applies Yield-B.  Note: In Prodev version 4022 use the Alt key in place of the Shift key i.e. Ctrl+Alt+A to T.

Ctrl+0 to 9 Similar to using the Phase drop-down.  Apply a phase number to the highlighted item (on your keyboard use the numbers located above the letters and not the number pad).  For example Ctrl+3 applies phase number 3.  This shortcut only works for phases 0 to 9.
