Detailed Timing button

Displays the Detailed Timing screen where separate timescales can be applied to individual cost and sale items in your appraisal.  Overall debt interest rates can also be entered here.  It draws its default values from the Time/Finance section.  See the section ‘Detailed Timing’ for further information.
