There are 20 End Payment items, expressed as amounts and used for miscellaneous costs that take place at the end of a project. They can be re-titled, notice that the first one is pre-titled to ‘Marketing’.
As the title ‘End payment’ is somewhat meaningless you will probably wish to provide your own titles to suit the context of your appraisal. Therefore if ‘End Payment’ would be better named ‘Security Costs’ or similar you can re-title it as required.
If you find that you are continually having to enter the same titles for each appraisal then consider using a template which will save you having to do this each time. This is described in the section ‘Saving and Opening Files and Templates’.
Note that End Payments do not attract Professional Fees (e.g. Architect's Fees).
