There are 30 categories of Fixed Build Cost, which are expressed as amounts and can either be used for the main Building Cost or for ancillary items such as Demolition, Highways or Infrastructure.
You do not need any entries for Fixed Build Costs if the previous section (Unit Build costs) contains enough information for your needs.
As the title ‘Fixed build cost’ is somewhat meaningless you will probably wish to provide your own titles to suit the context of your appraisal. Therefore if ‘Fixed Build Cost’ would be better named ‘Infrastructure’ you can re-title it as required.
Fixed Build costs can be excluded from attracting Contingency and Professional Fees by using the ‘No-Fee’ button.
