Letting and Sale Fees

These comprise agency and legal fees, related to rental and sale values.  The first four entries refer to Rents and Investment values.  The last two entries refer to Direct Sales.  Note: Revenue items that have been omitted from attracting Letting and Sale Fees (using the No-Fee command) will not be included in the calculation of these fee categories.

The Letting and Sale Fees can be entered as a percentage or an amount.  Values greater than 100 will be treated as an amount, values of 100 or less will be treated as a percentage.  To enter an amount of 100 or less use the letter 'a' in place of Enter, for example 56a will treat the entry as £56.

Agents Letting Fee

Fees in respect of introducing tenants, expressed as a percentage of the Gross Annual Rent or an amount.

Legals on Letting

Fees relating to preparing and agreeing leases, expressed as a percentage of the Gross Annual Rent or an amount.

Agents Investment Sales Fee

Fees in respect of introducing Investment Purchasers, expressed as a percentage of the Net Capital Value or an amount.  This is not to be confused with the Funds (Purchasers) costs deducted at source which are accounted for within the Yields and Deductions Section.

Legals on Investment Sales

Legal Fees relating to the sale of the completed investment, expressed as a percentage of the Net Capital Value or an amount.  Again, this is not to be confused with the Funds (Purchasers) costs deducted at source which are accounted for within the Yields and Deductions Section.

Agents Direct Sale Fee

Agents Fees in respect of Direct Sales (e.g. residential or sales to owner-occupiers) expressed as either a percentage of Gross Direct Sales Value or an amount.

Legal Fees relating to Direct Sales (e.g. residential or sales to owner-occupiers) expressed as either a percentage of Gross Direct Sales Value or an amount.
