The Data List is broken up into 12 distinct sections as shown in the Sections List Box located to the bottom right of the display. This is designed to help you navigate the Data List.
Each section represents a distinct category of cost or revenue that can be accessed directly by clicking on the chosen item (e.g. Rental Areas/Rates) in the Sections List Box. You can also use the ‘Last’ / ‘Next’ buttons located under the Sections List Box to move back and forward between the sections. The keyboard cursor left and right keys have the same effect.
Whilst you can use the Page Up/Down keys or the Scroll Bar to move around the Data List, Prodev is best navigated using the Sections Box and the ‘Last’ / ‘Next’ keys because these actions will always place the cursor on the first item in any section.
The Data List in Prodev extends to 980 items. The Sections List Box and the ‘Last’ / ‘Next’ buttons make navigation much easier, particularly as in most cases you will only be using around 5% - 10% of all the inputs available.
