Phase button

Applies the phases that you have set up in the Time/Finance screen.  Phasing allows you to set up separate columns of timescales designated as phases, each one having a phase number.  Having provided this information the ‘Phase’ button allows you to select the particular phase number for each cost and sale entry.  See ‘Phased Timescales’ in the section ‘Time/Finance’ for further information.

To change the phase number for the highlighted entry click the ‘Phase’ button and a drop-down will display showing the phases available.  Double-click the phase number required (selecting then pressing the Enter key has the same effect).
