This deals with costs related to site acquisition.
Site Value Cost of purchasing the land or building for development expressed as an amount. In cases where this is not known, leave it as zero and use the Residual Analysis function to calculate its value. See the section ‘Residual Analysis’ for more information. Site Stamp Duty or Site Transfer Tax Site Stamp Duty (UK Version) or Site Transfer Tax (International Version) is a tax payable on site purchase, expressed as a percentage of the Site Value or an amount. Site Legal Fees Legal Fees in connection with site purchase, expressed as a percentage of the Site Value or an amount. Site Agents Fees Agents' Fee paid by the purchaser for introducing the Site, expressed as a percentage of the Site Value or an amount. Site Notary Fees Notary Fee in connection with site purchase, expressed as a percentage of the Site Value or an amount. Notary Fees are normally only applicable in Mainland Europe. The Site Fees can be entered as a percentage or an amount. Values greater than 100 will be treated as an amount, values of 100 or less will be treated as a percentage. To enter an amount of 100 or less use the letter 'a' in place of Enter, for example 56a will treat the entry as £56. The Site Tax and Site Fee items can be re-titled; the Site Value heading is fixed and cannot be re-titled.
