VAT/Tax menu

Sets VAT/TAX for cost and sale items in the project.  By default VAT is zero-rated (not used).  This menu works in conjunction with the VAT rates (Data List) and the VAT timescales (Time/Finance).  See the section ‘VAT in Prodev’ for further information on this menu item.
